Technology Free Thursday

I woke up today on a high note ready to take on the world. While my day went well, I somehow ended up with a massive migraine and feeling really awful. It is one of the results of the inconsistent weather we are having. Today was a day for me to come home, lay in bed, and relax. I drank some Chamomile tea, applied a facial mask, and tuned out the world for a couple of hours. I think my body and mind needed a break from technology. Give it a try and see what happens.

I feel more relaxed and ready to sleep. However, I wanted to post this blog prior to sleeping because I am committing to blogging everyday in November. I challenge you to commit to let go of technology for an hour and read or just relax for a bit and completely disconnect from the world. Let me know how it goes, if you do try it.
