Music to Help with Anxiety

Going back to school whether high school or college does not have to be a drag. The best way to get ready for this school year is by making a playlist. Music helps me to concentrate as well as helps with my anxiety.
I love making a playlist for every occasion. For example, a new season, my birthday, holidays, summer, and back to school.

Back to School Playlist:

Sippy Cup by Melanie Martinez

Hey Summer by Erin Bowman

Pumpkin Blood by NONONO (REMIX)

In The Stars by Icana Pop

Ten Feet Tall by Afrojack, Wrabel

Drag Me Down by One Direction

Love Myself by Hailee Seinfeld

Reflection by Fifth Harmony

Brave Honest Beautiful by Fifth Harmony, Meghan Trainor

Whistle (While You Work It) by Katy Tiz

How We Do It by Lights

Misfits (On the Run) by Courtney Randall

Win Again by Nicki Minaj

Second Wind by Kelly Clarkson

Nothing like an upbeat playlist to help you transition from the summer to fall, which is my favorite season.

  1. I personally recommend Where I Belong by Tori Kelly. It’s a short, simple song but it always leaves me feeling calmer and with a smile on my face.

  2. Thanks for the suggestions! Music can be a great way to help ease anxiety and motivate us! I don’t know if you’ve heard of Jewel, but she has a lot of motivational songs. Gloria Estefan’s “Get On Your Feet” is also inspirational as well.
